Step 2. After providing us the payment proof and the requirements/qualification needed, we are on the go to start searching for the most suitable virtual workers for you from our fastest growing registered applicants in our database as well as to our external sources.

Step 3. As we receive hundreds of resumes from the applicants who shows interests for the job vacancy, we will then start checking all the resumes and find the best 10 candidates out of hundreds of applicants who will then move to our next phase.

Step 4. We will then choose the 3-5 candidates who will pass the process and will be invited for the interview with us. To evaluate applicants from the English language proficiency up to personality profile evaluation, background checking and the availability of the equipment/tools for work. To ensure we choose the right VA for you.

Step 5. Right after the interview, We will then choose the best candidate that shows effectiveness as we evaluate them during the process, who will be recommended for your selection, we will then introduce to you the candidate and let you allow to get her/him onboard with your company.
